Behringer NR 300 Noise reducer pedal review.

Post by SlayerBear17 » Wed Jun 29, 2016 6:35 am

So here is my review of the Behringer NR300 noise reducer pedal.

I swore never to buy another behringer pedal again as previous experience was just horrible.

I needed a noise suppression pedal, I was looking for a pedal so it was low profile not to be seen, wasnt really after a rack mount. I had a used boss lined up however that deal fell thru.

I decided to try the behringer NR 300 after seeing from reviews. Reviews werent great....but it did get the job done for most.

Hooking it up to my Peavey 6505+ 1X12 combo.....I was quite surprised that this pedal was working and got the job done. Was it as good as the boss pedal.....seeing reviews on you tube...no the behringer was not as good...however.....

All the reviews were done at home and in a quiet spot. I am using this for a live application on stage.....now any noise reduction in amps on stage is a good thing......factor in the stage noise....noise from the crowd... etc etc.....the pedal is going to work just fine.

I had the pedal hooked up so it goes thru the loop effect sends and returns. hadnt bothered to try it out guitar pedal input on amp.

I,m not gonna go into detail about the pedal except to say I rate it a 7 out of ten for my needs.

Now for something completely different. on some other research....and a new thread...it involves my 6505+ and preamp toobies
