Production Forums' User Agreement

It seems necessary once again to re-post the below for all to re-read and be governed by accordingly:


productionforums.com - Registration and Log-In Agreement

By accessing “productionforums.com” (hereinafter “we”, “us”, “our”, “productionforums.com”), you agree to be legally bound by the following terms. If you do not agree to be legally bound by all of the following terms then please do not access and/or use “productionforums.com”. We may change these at any time and we’ll do our utmost in informing you, though it would be prudent to review this regularly yourself as your continued usage of “productionforums.com” after changes mean you agree to be legally bound by these terms as they are updated and/or amended.

Our forums are powered by phpBB (hereinafter “they”, “them”, “their”, “phpBB software”, “www.phpbb.com”, “phpBB Group”, “phpBB Teams”) which is a bulletin board solution released under the “General Public License” (hereinafter “GPL”) and can be downloaded from http://www.phpbb.com. The phpBB software only facilitates internet based discussions, the phpBB Group are not responsible for what we allow and/or disallow as permissible content and/or conduct. For further information about phpBB, please see: http://www.phpbb.com/.

You agree not to post any abusive, obscene, vulgar, slanderous, hateful, threatening, sexually-orientated or any other material that may violate any laws (ie: copyright) be it of your country, the country where “phpBB.com” is hosted or International Law. Doing so may lead to you being immediately and permanently banned, with notification of your Internet Service Provider if deemed required by us. The IP address of all posts are recorded to aid in enforcing these conditions. You agree that “productionforums.com” have the right to remove, edit, move, close or put on moderation queue any topic at any time should we see fit based on the site wide rules as well as forum specific rules (published within the specific forums). Please note that currently a new member's first five posts are automatically placed in the moderation queue and will be approved/disapproved according to the site wide rules.

As a user you agree to any information you have entered to being stored in a database. While this information will not be disclosed to any third party without your consent, neither "productionforums.com", “phpBB.com” nor phpBB shall be held responsible for any hacking attempt that may lead to the data being compromised.

Any and all attempts to countermand, subvert or in any way avoid the above constitutes grounds for an automatic and un-notified banning of any member or candidate member.

By using this Website/Forum, you agree to abide by our Terms and Conditions (these are found here). This notice does not replace our Terms and Conditions, which you must read in full as they contain important information. You must not post any defamatory, unlawful or undesirable content, or any content copied from a third party, on the Website. You must not copy material from the Website except in accordance with the Terms.

This Website gives users an opportunity to share information only and is not intended to contain any advice which you should rely upon. It does not replace the need to take professional or other advice.

Liability
We have no liability to you or any other person in respect of any content on this Website. All content posted must not be defamatory to any individual or business. We have the right to remove any content posted if it does not meet our Terms and Conditions.

Signatures and Links
All signatures and links that newer members post will often be checked to make sure the sites are not spam or not in other members interests. If they are they will be edited or removed without notice. We will go through each member’s sig and edit it if it does not work with the forum. It could have too many links, have too many words in the hyperlink or just does not look well with the forum style. If so it may be edited or removed and we will usually contact the member to let them know. New members will have limits like one link per sig etc.

Content
We also reserve the right to remove any content we deem is not in the best interest of the forum including blatant spam, self-promoting or anything that we consider is not useful or helpful to this community and the members.
